Cemetery - School "Buffer Zone"
The planned "green buffer zone" adds an area approximately 25' in width along the school's primary access road and key boundary separating the two facilities. The area will be "greened in" with trees, bushes and shrubbery, as well as a 6.5 foot wooden fence of an attractive "staggered" design. Above: in addition to the buffer zone, the cemetery will plans to transplant a row of fast-growing evergreen trees along the most "exposed" areas, on the cemetery side, with the goal of creating a substantial visual screen in a relative short time. The simulation accelerates the changes visitors may expect to see over 7-10 years.
